[問題] 領牌車年份問題

目前想購買 TIIDA
我在網路上看到2014年7月購買2014年3月的領牌車可折8萬，
目前問到的是2014年11月的領牌車也是可折8萬，
但是目前是2015年，如果之後要賣的時候年份不是又多了一年，
所以想問問看有人有相關的經驗可以再折多少嗎?
