墾丁森林遊樂區佔地400公頃沒吸菸區　癮君子不滿

全台國家公園、國家自然公園、風景指定區與森林遊樂區和公園綠地，從4月1日起已開始實施除吸菸區外不得吸菸，沒有緩衝期，但在南台灣觀光重地－墾丁國家公園內的森林遊樂區，因佔地廣達400多公頃卻沒設置半個吸菸區，引起民眾批「執法過當」。
