[請問] Missing operating system

緊急求助，用了六年多的筆電（Sony VAIO很久以前的型號）
今天開機的時候突然出現了 Missing operating system這行字！然後就卡住了！
有估狗過了解決方式，一直按F9但什麼事也沒有發生……
系統是Vista，請問有沒有什麼其它解決的方式呢？
