Rail Europe騙人嗎???

請問高手們！ Rail Europe騙人嗎？？ 這三天連續使用歐洲鐵路公網站訂票，一直無法成功刷卡付款:-( 已經到最後一步的信用卡驗證碼了，光是驗證碼本人就輸入了上百次吧8o| 但就是無法成功，一直出現奇怪的錯誤資訊： " Sorry. Due to technical issue, we would temporarily unable to process your request. We invite you try again in a few minutes (01...
