其實洋將問題可以參考日本做法，然後比照台灣情況去調整，

我認為以台灣目前愛洗洋將的文化，長期下來對台灣棒球是不利的，

一個是好人才留不住，強者都往日韓去跑，無法實質提升聯盟水平；
