我的手機是2g,中華電信如意卡也是2g,在沒有3g手機跟3g sim下
如何把中華電信如意卡內的金額消費掉呢??

問過某朋友說某網站有提供使用電話撥入該號碼後,等約5~6分後會給你一組號碼
可用該號碼在網上下載影片,可是我不知道那網站就啥名稱,也不知道這種服務叫啥!
