[問題] 中華電信收訊問題

請問大家用中華電信，最近一年有遇到問題嗎？
大概半年前把2G退掉，改用3G預付卡
最近有幾次遇到的問題如下
1.家人打進來或是播出去的電話有時會沒有聲音(家人也是用中華電信)
2.打室內電話，少數一些電話號碼就是會沒聲音，用室內電話聯繫沒問題
