[請問] 顯卡可退貨嗎?

這個顯卡是在電腦公司上班的朋友幫我挑的

但裝上去後 疑似和我本身電腦有衝突到 顯卡沒問題 但卻會黑屏

最後還是換回原本的顯卡用
