[問題] 有關汽車過戶的疑問

有先查過如果汽車要過戶須要繳清本年度及以前年度所積欠的燃料費、牌照稅

這裡指的是今年四月和七月繳的那兩筆錢嗎??

還是說就算這兩筆繳完 還要分別計算並繳清從四月和七月到我過戶日的金額呢??
