上次到德國, 退房時無法使用台灣的信用卡, 靠德國朋友幫忙才得以脫身. 這是第二次到德國, 行前做了一下功課, 得知德國人使用信用卡並不普遍, 在德國使用郵政金融卡(美國叫debit card, 刷卡後直接從你的帳戶扣款) 較為可行. 這次帶了兩張卡, 一張郵政金融卡(要打開國外交易及設定6位數VISA密碼, VISA密碼和在台灣提款機領錢的密碼是兩回事), 一張玉山銀行Master card (鈦金卡). 做了以下實驗 1. 在法蘭克福機...
