各位前輩好，小弟目前在系統廠待了差不多半年，覺得與自己未來的成長規劃不符合，所
以最近想換工作。但是想請問大大會建議還是待滿一年再走會比較好嗎，而且年底還有１
個多月可以拿。還是就不管了，開始找再說。 至於原因就不多說了 。  感謝各位的建議
