[問題] 慣老闆做志工救濟窮人在想什麼？

本人工作性質會到處跑，其中認識了某位慣老闆
常常抱怨請不到人，年輕人不肯吃苦
但實際上是3K環境還給人開20K請新人，當然沒人要來
由於這公司一堆外勞，我看幾乎都沒老師傅，我想再這做久薪水應該也不會高到哪。
