日本南九州盛產有別於清酒的「燒酎」，在宮崎縣內，便分布著形形色色的燒酎廠，而凡是造酒之地，也多享有「名水之鄉」美稱，且鄰近多有名泉、瀑布。遊覽鄉野氣息濃厚的宮崎，可以探酒廠、賞水瀑，並感受一個個造酒城鎮的古樸韻味。報導、攝影╱陳彥豪
