[問題] np中華電信如果不要手機補貼款可以直接退

剛剛有大大推薦小弟轉到中華587學生方案
看了一下detail，發現有個終端設備補助款7000
因為目前不缺手機，如果不要手機的話那筆錢可以直接退還嗎？還是說就被吃掉了？
另外如果真的只能購機來賣的話，補貼7000買哪一隻專賣回本會比較多？
