該給的東西可以給，但是你要確認對方資歷查核的時間點
有的公司會在你到職後才查核，如果資料有問題再處理
但是有的資料查核會是錄取前程序的一部分，這時有sense一點的人資會非常小心
因為應徵者還在職的情況下，很有可能害到應徵者
