[閒聊] 誰是現階段15球以內壓制力最強的台灣投手？

若是四五年前，這個答案可能會是大餅或是10年的郭泓志，前兩三年應該是饅頭。

但拉到今年，各隊本土牛棚歡樂到不行，連旅外幫的小飛刀火球仁也潮水退了。

現階段要找一個15球以內，壓制打者能力最強的台灣投手，大家會選擇誰呀？
