　住在北區的陳姓女子向本報投訴，她家頂樓的違建雖然沒有達到工務局優先拆除標準，
但因為養鴿子環境髒亂，她擔心鴿糞會影響健康，尤其違建住戶為了在頂樓加蓋，把大水
塔懸掛在陽台外，有安全疑慮，她前年即向市府檢舉，卻都沒有下文，令她覺得很困擾。
