[問題] 請問哪裡可以修改旗袍？

買了一件旗袍，但是3.5公分高衣領的款式，因為是淘寶商品，不是量身訂作，

穿上去發現脖圍太寬，衣領高又硬挺，看起來很像頸椎受傷（逃）

可是花色我喜歡，不想放棄它。所以想找會改旗袍衣領的店家，
