函館山夜景如何避開大量團客人潮

聽說函館山上看夜景的人潮很多，一波接一波大陸團台灣團韓國團，請問有人知道團客大約幾點上山下山？是晚餐前去還是晚餐後去？希望可以儘量避開...謝謝！
