[問題] 有關離職日期的認定

這是我自己的實際例子，想請教一些問題

我自己工作已經滿一年以上，三年以下。今年4月14日，我正式跟人事課長以及我的直屬

主管提出離職，15日遞出離職單，而且依照公司規定10天以前預告在26號離職(日)，結果
