[請問] 電腦檔案被使用，無法變更~

最近只要一開啟編輯圖片用的 PHOTIMPACT 編輯圖片後，

想要編輯該存檔圖片資料夾名稱、或是將檔案從存檔硬碟~移動到備份硬碟的時候，

電腦都會出現該資料夾正在使用，因而不能變更名稱or移動該資料夾，
