[問題] 續約要換智慧型手機，一定要搭配網路

前提我一直都是沒有在手機上使用網路的人
又加上一直以來都用NOKIA舊型手機，這一隻用了超過4年
但在前幾個月，開始收不到訊號，或者是講電話會斷訊
去問電信公司，說是因為是2G手機的關係
我問他如果單純續約(遠傳月租165)換新手機，要換成3G或4G手機
