在職場混了幾年，我自己碰到的業務特性觀察如下：
1.KPI好衡量，業績不好的時候說公司規定綁手綁腳、產品沒競爭力、後勤不好好支援，業
績好的時候跩的二五八萬，都是自己能力強。
