[新聞] 高市強硬 石化公司不遷入就廢管

【綜合報導】高雄市去年氣爆造成三十二死悲劇，高市府前天在市政會議通過《高雄市既
有管線管理自治條例》，要求有工業管線在高雄的中油等十家石化業者，明年底前將總公
司遷到高雄，否則不准續用管線。此措施引發違憲等熱議，結果中油昨天又發生丙烯管線
外洩，使市府更認為有必要公司在地化，以負起管理責任。
