[問題] 該辭職嗎?

  小弟我目前19歲在半工半讀中，在某餐飲店工作了約半年
  因為排班方式為一週排一次再加上上層有時候講話很刻薄
  想請問各位大大工讀生工作半年辭職大約要幾天前講?
  我當時簽的合約上面是寫辭職前要前20天說，這樣有沒有違反勞基法?
