[問題] 外國獨盟的實力有比台灣業餘強嗎?

台灣常去的獨盟  大概就美國  中南美  和日本的
很多台灣實力不足的旅外球員  寧願龜在國外阿沙不魯獨盟球隊  也不願意回台灣

這些獨盟的實力  跟台灣業餘前段隊伍相比  有比較強嗎?
有強過中職後段班球隊嗎?
