[問題] sim卡大換小求救（急）

想請問各位大大 小弟的媽媽最近換新手機  原本手機是用大張sim卡 換了新手機後是要
用小張卡

照理說應該是要去換卡 但麻煩的是 我媽的門號是用公司去辦的 而換卡需要公司負責人
的證件跟大小章 但因為某些原因 現在負責人不願提供證件 所以導致我媽不能更換
