[問題]10代Altis要選擇什麼機油？（新手）

我2013年8月買的新車（改款前），到現在已經開快5萬公里
平均3∼4個月保養一次（10000公里保養），作業務性質。
現在都進原廠保養，感覺花很兇。
想自己買油去原廠換油，板大有推薦的機油嗎？
還是可以去外面保養就好？
