〔記者王榮祥／高雄報導〕左營區明潭路路寬設計卅公尺，緊鄰哈囉市場前卻只有廿公尺
，碰上市場營業時，屢因攤販、人車過多造成局部路段動彈不得；高市府計畫斥資兩億元
拓寬整頓，昨天動土，預計今年十月完工。

斥資逾二億 打通環湖道路
