關於岡仁波齊轉山的問題

大家好，我打算今年到西藏，但有些轉山的問題想請教大家 請問岡仁波齊會在什麼時候開放呢？（因為爬文看到冬春兩季會封山） 另外，看到從拉薩包車到塔欽的收費不便宜，大家知道還有其他方法前往塔欽嗎？ 感謝！
