其實你們單位應該是無須成立福委會的單位 所以自然也就不適用相關法令...

顯然你們這有點類似自助會.....那就看公司怎麼規定了吧....

像我們公司 只要到職起 就享有福委會各項權利....因為法令是這樣規定的
