[公告] 標題未依照格式發文 將刪文+水桶

很多地方都有提醒標題要依照格式
板規內也有寫明要依照格式
不知為何仍然很多人未遵守規定(從來都不看板規？)
因此接受板友建議
從下星期一(2015/1/26)開始 標題格式未依照以下規定
