[請問] 印表機顏色

自買來問題不斷 又沒說明書
1.列印多張圖 按雙面滿版 卻沒有一張雙面 最後只好手動 結果卡紙不斷

2.一開始回家第一張是黑的再過幾天也是印出黑的，不過上週開始卻印出深深深紫色
我按灰階，檔案也是黑白的
