[問題] 請問有聽說雙子星21號要全面斷訊嗎

今天聽鄰居阿伯說雙子星第四台訊號從1月21號起，
沒有機上盒的就全部斷訊了，
還說有公文千真萬確耶，
請問有人知不知道這是不是真的？
