求助...用家人信用卡買了徳鐵票，但卡持有人不同行

因為還是大學生，辦不了信用卡，所以用家人的卡買了幾張德國火車票，但是家人並不同行。請問各位，乘車查票時會不會算我違規？？謝謝各位！！
