[問題] 國軍高層都這樣爽嗎 ！？

前陣子剛教招回來 ，我是台南區的 ，教招嘛 ，就是聊當兵怎樣、怎樣、…，結果有個
弟兄說 ，他退伍前是某高層的駕駛兵 ，說跟著高層都超爽 ，高層還可以出去喝酒隨便
報個名目用經費 ，要回營 ，門口兵也不會查 ，還有經費用不完不行的煩惱 ，是哪招
？！
