[問題] 請問學專續約的問題

我打電話給客服問我的學專691購機約(已升4g)
可以續約了嗎，客服跟我說不行
可是又突然說剩半年應該可以
說叫我去中華電信問說可以吸收違約金
可是後來又跟我說要3g約才可以
