[問題] 天氣更新一定得開GPS?

小弟的手機從三星S4換到了NOTE4，

其天氣WIDGET的差異就在前者不需要開GPS即可隨時更新，

但後者NOTE4、以及家人的TABS天氣WIDGET似乎都需要開GPS才能隨時更新天氣!!
