[問題] 全能平板199升4G後的傳輸量....?

最近辦了全能平板199，每個月有1G的傳輸量，
也爬了文知道要再去免費升級成4G，這樣會變成2G的傳輸量，

問題是當2G流量用完之後，爬文好像是說就會被斷線?
也有是說會被收取上網費用，但是最多不超過XXXX元?
