请问北海道ORIS租车，只租给懂日文的吗

请问各位背包大侠，我12月6日到11日在北海道，因为带着一个4岁的小朋友，所以就想租车，比较过TOYOTA,HONDA还有ORIS，最后选择了ORIS，但是预约的时候，突然有跳出说只租给懂日文的，因为担心碰到紧急事故会不好沟通，然后我有看到其他人说HONDA也是只租给懂日文的，是吗，能不能帮我解答一下
