想請教各位大大由於上一次跨年是朋友安排到某一處較遠但可以看得見雪梨大橋煙火的地方跨年這一次與滿多朋友想要接近一點看煙火，爬文都說要前一天去搭帳篷或一大早排隊但是有些朋友比較晚才下班，或根本不能休假，只能提早下班之類的也聽說許多熱門景點到某一個時間點就會開始管制想請問確切是幾點會開始管制，不能進入只能出來？？
