[問題] 請教大家對焦方式?

雖然現在相機有很多對焦點
但我經常還是只用中間點對焦後位移方式 (我知道大光圈時可能會移焦)
原因是很多畫面瞬間(像婚攝,人的表情等)我來不及轉轉盤到我要的那點
想請教各位面對於瞬間畫面轉轉盤到要對焦那點來的及嗎?
這是需要練習的嗎?
