（中央社記者程啟峰高雄23日電）高雄市農田水利會掌管的後勁溪橡皮壩今天自動放水，謝姓釣客在下游走避不及被沖走溺斃，水利會說，現場是禁區且有立牌警告。


71歲的謝姓老翁上午在高雄市楠梓區後勁溪下游釣魚時，上游的可自動倒伏式橡皮壩突然放水，謝男不及離開當場被大水沖走。
