金門除了盛產高梁以外，畜牧業也是當地發展的重心產業，金門的黃牛肉也相當有名。只是這趟金門行最大遺憾就是沒有吃到高坑的全牛大餐，畢竟這邊的美食何其多，除了每道食物都合我胃口以外，再加上觀光景點參訪，五天四夜的行程竟然塞滿滿。
