義大客運的好處是路線設計上很不錯，如果好好經營對乘客非常方便；
但缺點就是愛遲到、班次少又喜歡擅自變更時段，讓人無所適從；
司機或服務員不太會管制乘客數量，派遣大車小車很隨意，
常常造成司機和乘客之間的糾紛。
