大家好需要幫忙或建議我剛旅行到柏林三天，還要待到七月三十一日。在世界盃決賽那晚半夜的地鐵，壅擠的人潮中，我的智慧型手機SAMSUNG S3被偷了。我試著在Hermannplatz找到一隻二手SAMSUNG S3手機賣170EUR 但沒有中文模式和中文輸入我需要中文的，因為既然買了我希望回台灣也可以繼續用我看網站，透過刷機ROOT應該可以弄出中文，但ROOT對我太困難
