印尼菜餐廳「磐石坊」老闆楊小姐是印尼華僑，對於印尼菜她解釋：「印尼菜最大的特色就是煮好要放到隔天才能上桌，才能讓調料都吃進食材裡。」店裡的招牌菜是兩年前CNN票選全球美食第一名的「巴東牛肉」，除此之外還有「蜂巢爪哇炸雞」、「椰汁珍珠冰」等都是店內必點的人氣菜單。
