[問題] 剪卡的費用?

最近要換新手機M8,
原本是用micro-sim卡,現在想剪成nano-sim卡,
因為門號是家人的,所以也只能用剪卡的方式,
問了一家通訊行,要收費$150,請問合理嗎?
還有網路上有文章說M8用剪卡的很有機會卡住讀不到,真的會這樣嗎?
