北市大地工程處今年首度在竹子湖舉辦免費夜間賞螢生態導覽，受到民眾熱烈迴響，不但兩天活動立刻秒殺，活動當天還有民眾自行加入旁聽行列。延續這股熱潮，大地處在17日晚上再加場，活動地點移到北市首座螢火蟲復育場－虎山溪，從12日起開放報名。
