小魯新竹人，在台北讀書+工作六年 去年八月被老闆找來高雄工作到現在。
台北市房價高，請住新北市 (找學區附近非常便宜) 交通也方便。
當初淡水住四年多，新北市新莊輔大附近住兩年多。
房租6000$套房，露天停車場2500/月(後來殺價5700套房，5000/4個月停車場)
